Lohin issues

I am unable to login into my shopify account. The page hangs after I input my details. I asked my friend and they can seem to access it but on my phone and laptop my page is just hanging.

 

Can anyone help please?

I understand you're having some trouble logging into your account, and I'm happy to help out with this issue. I see you mentioned your friend was able to access the account, which leads me to believe the issue you're facing is device/network related on your end. I do need to note that for security and privacy reasons, we encourage merchants to never share their log in credentials with anyone else. I suggest changing your password once you're logged back in to ensure you're the only one with access to your store

With that all being said, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue you're facing: 

  • First, please check out our list of supported browsers to ensure you're using one of them. 
  • Check your connection to the internet. Connection interruptions could cause issues loading pages, such as the page after the log in page.
  • Check your browser for any available updates and complete them if able.
  • Access your shop in a private / incognito browsing session and try again.
  • Try in an alternate supported browser and complete the above steps again.
  • Try on an alternate device and complete the above steps again.
  • Try with mobile data rather than wi-fi / a wired connection if possible.

Please attempt all of the above steps and report back here with your results. I hope to see you logged into your account without further issues!
