Lowest 30 day price - metafields - Omnibus

Dear Community,

Is anyone can help me and provide step by step, how we can use metafields according to Omnibus Directive?
I need to implement smaller text after the sale price and main price, where I inform about last 30 days lowest price.

Also I think it's pretty strange, that for this basic implementation, we need to looking for solution like paid apps.
