Made to order products - Abandoned checkout emails by Shopify

Hi! We have all our products made to order (custom size rugs). Now there is a problem with Abandoned checkout emails by Shopify. It is not sending the cart recovery email because, of course, there is no inventory and Shopify claims: "Inventory was not available at time of email delivery." Is there a solution, or do I need another Abandoned checkout email app?
