Main Menu Changing when loaded in Browser

I made changes to my main menu and saved changes.  When my page loads in browser I see the changes for less than a second then it reverts to the old menu.  I'm thinking that it's a custom code used.  If it's a code issue, where do I change or remove the code.  Or, is there something else I'm missing?  I did not create the site.
