You may find that your products aren’t approved and return the error: “Make sure this product is available to your online store and isn't password-protected”. This indicates that your products are inaccessible, which can be caused by a few factors. You need to ensure that your plan includes an online store (meaning you are on the Basic plan or higher). You will also want to ensure your products are published by following our help document here. In addition, you will want to ensure your password page has been disabled by following the steps in our help document here.
If your products are published to the Online Store properly and the shop is not password protected, then please follow the steps below:
Mark the products as NOT published to the Facebook channel.
Wait a minute. Refresh the page.
Mark the products as PUBLISHED to the Facebook channel again.
