Make the footer appear in all pages (include on checkout and payment pages)

Hello all,

I have a great great footer that is appearing on all pages except checkout and payment pages.
How can I make it appear on all pages include checkout and payment pages?

The used theme is Flow - Développement v1.0. I found some things on "Edit code"  and "Edit theme content" but couldn't manage where make appear the footer on these checkout pages.

Do you have any ideas please?

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately I don't have the permission to share connection information 😕

However, it is very possible to give all necessary information about the situation. For example, the code if the Footer appears (or not), is it on :
Templates, Layout, Sections, Snippets, COnfig, Assets or Locals ?
