making a text clickable

on my Shopify store I have an email I would like to make it clickable so they will be routed to their personal email to compose a message to you I was wondering if anyone could help me code that 

my store is nightylighty.co if you go to the FAQs, Shipping & Contact us Pages you'll see the email I want to make clickable
