Making Image On Homepage Clickable (Attaching A Link To It)

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to make the main image on my homepage clickable so that I can attach a link to it and it will take customers to a collection page from the homepage.

I'm currently using the Dawn theme.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  I am also faced with the (nearly) same challenge: 

 Trying to add a PWA Code > (<div class='sp_install_msg'>Install Now</div> ) to my Main Homepage (GIF) Image, so that when it is clicked...

A message pops up, based upon that PWA App's Code(Snippet).
