Manual orders won't sync to Shipstation? How can I get manual orders to behave like Online Store?

Hey friends,

Whenever I create manual orders in Shopify (typically for sending out free samples), the orders won't populate in Shipstation. Neither Shopify not Shipstation support have given me any helpful guidance on how to resolve this. Have any guesses as to what might be going wrong?

In this screenshot, all of the orders listed go to Shipstation perfectly, but not the two that I manually created on top...
