Hi. I was wondering if anyone can help?
I've installed the TikTok app on Shopify as looking to manage my inventory etc. via shopify. I've set everything up and am trying to map unlinked products.
To give an idea, my TikTok shop was setup prior to doing this. We are a candy store and our tik tok shop has categorys such as Jelly Sweets and in this category is variations like, Rings, Dolphins etc.
I am trying to map the variations using the manual method, however, getting a stumbling block.
Each of the sweets is a standalone product on my shopify page. However, when I click the first variation and select the corresponding product in shopify, it seems to map that product for the whole of the "Jelly Sweets" range. If I go to the next one, say Rings, it already shows the first product I selected as Mapped to that product...I hope that makes sense.
I've tried naming each variation with a SKU and matching that in Shopify, such as JellyRings. But it fails to pick them up automatically too.
Really hoping there is a way to resolve this so I can try and monitor the inventory levels between TikTok and Shopify.
Thanks in advance
