Massive Discrepancy When Changing Language

So my canonical English site is as it should be. But when I switched to Japanese to change the website into Ja-JP/AU/US etc, the website looks old and not updated.

Announcement bar is different, second slideshow image is gone on the homepage, Judgeme css hasn't been updated.

I noticed this while trying to change stuff around in another draft version. Probably the reason my Japanese visitors leave nearly immediately...

To put it shortly, design of the website in Japanese does is not syncing with the design on the default English website... Actual headache

Also seems like the logo hasn't changed either. Does anyone who work with Shopify and knows the back end knows how to fix this?
