Menu isnt showing on zero themes

Im building my website but the menu's are not working at all can someone please look at the coding for me i have tried every possible troubleshooting but im not that good at looking at the coding (there is a similair problem with the announcement bar).

Hi,

If you're not very familiar with this kind of work, it's normal to be a bit confused.

First, if you add the code below to the website, the notification bar will be fixed at the top. Besides that, is the menu issue still ongoing?

1) Navigate to the 'Edit Code' option in your theme settings, then search for 'theme.liquid' in the search bar.

2) Paste the following code below the '<head>' tag. Please refer to the attached screenshot for guidance.
