Menu Issue

I am using a theme I got from Etsy.  Ever since I set it up, when you go to the dropdown catalog menu, I have to click anything twice on the menu in order to get it to go to the respective page.  I included a video for reference.  It automatically goes to best-sellers page no matter what option I click.  Any idea why it would do this?  Thanks in advance.

I still haven't figured out the issue.  Any help would be appreciated.
