Hi All
We are running Dawn 9.0 and have an issue where when the site first loads, the first time a customer clicks on a nested menu item on the header bar, it goes to the wrong page. It works fine after the first click. It as been like this since we first launched our site in November, but just got round to speaking to support and they refusing to help because they say the code is customised. This seems to be an excuse to avoid dealing with the problem - all we have is an embedded video and a correctly sized slider for mobile - there is nothing that would cause the menu to behave like this, and the issue was happening before those elements were added.
Has anyone else come across this?
Thanks
Gemma
