Is mockup image a reason for not approved on Google Merchant Centre? I couldn't find any other reason. Can someone who knows help me?

@roecreation Based on what I see, are you selling print on demand products? If yes, these usually get disapproved unless you have thousands of reviews.
It's also mentioned in the policies that items must be stocked: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6150127#:~:text=Unavailable%20promotions
And it seems you may have some fake reviews, because your website was registered on the 29th of March, but you already have reviews, that is highly unlikely. And as you can imagine, Google doesn't want businesses that fake things on there platforms. However, if the reviews are real, nothing to worry about.
You will have a lot more issues, but the main fundamental issue is POD.
