Meta Field Options Not Displaying Correctly on Collection Pages

I am having an issue with the faceted filters on the collections page of my site.  I have a series of true-false metafields setup, but they are not showing the "yes" or "no" statements on the side of the page. (Using the Empire Theme)

Any idea why this might be happening?  If you click on the yes or no, it seems to appear to function properly and show on the top of the page, but just not on the side where the visitor would specify which filter they'd like to apply.
