migrating from woocommerce to shopify issues

Hi, 
I'm having issues migrating my store from woocommerce to shopify. I transferred the URL,  but i want to start a completely fresh website in shopify just with this URL. I do not want to migrate the data from wordpress to shopify. 
I can not find any information on how to do this? 
as a last ditch effort after watching multiple youtube videos i deleted wordpress from my third party host. Now i just get a 403 message on the page.
