Mobile app shows store but desktop does not

When I log in to my desktop Shopify, it shows my store name but it acts like I haven't set it up yet. I was just on there a couple of weeks ago, it was fine. My mobile app is fine. But I'm not sure where my desktop store info went? I asked about this before, received a response but since I sent them the info, I haven't heard from them. Do I need to redo my store?
