Mobile hamburger navbar is unresponsive - Icon Theme

I am currently using the theme Icon version 6.6.2 and my dropdown menu my mobile view is unresponsive. My navbar works properly on my desktop view, however; is not responding via mobile view. Would love help as to how to make this responsive. https://tehanialoha.com/
