Unfortunately, I cannot get hold of Clean Canvas (Makers of the theme) there is no way to log aa query, open a ticket or get in touch. I am not having any luck with that, which is why I came here.
Yes the menu is completely broken on mobile, doesn't work on any browser and I did try multiple.
There seems to be a JS issue on other discussions of the same nature, but I cannot solve it if I do not know what to remove/edit.
I checked and your theme.js file is minified, so it will be difficult for me to check it.

I went to their contact page (https://support.cleancanvas.co.uk/contact/) and noticed that there did not seem to be an option to contact them directly if you choose the "Theme not working properly" option, as you mentioned. However, if you choose "Help with your theme settings" and select Symmetry from the drop-down, there is then an option to submit a question to the developers:
