Move position of View All down - Minimal Theme

I added a See More (View All) link to the Featured Collection section.

How do a move the text down or align it with the heading of the section? I would like See More to line up with Vinyl Decals. I also tried changing it to a button, but the alignment was too low.

I would like the See More to be horizontally aligned with the Headers (like Custom Decals). I need to move it down a few lines if possible.
