Hi gang,
Has anyone found a multi currency app that works with STRIPE?
LangShop claim that their app works with Stripe, but when I get to the checkout it reverts back to the default $.
Stripe has said it has no control over which currency a checkout displays and suggest I contact shopify, so I am at a loss of how to fix this.
Does anyone have any experience with this? My default currency is USD and I'd like to also sell in GBP. That's it, just two currencies, but so far, it's proven to be quite tricky.
Thanks!! Any advice is really appreciated. I've been going in circles for about one month now.

You will go in circles on this one I'm afraid.
Essentially unless you use Shopify Payments your options are very limited. If you can use Shopify payments then use that. Job done. (it's basically stripe in a wrapper anyways).
If Shopify payments isn't available then you have 2 options.
1. Multiple stores.
2. https://merchants.glopal.com/en-us/home will allow you to sell in multi currency from one store front on Shopify as they push orders to their checkout and then pass order back to Shopify.
It will be a slightly different setup that you may imagine and you will only use Stripe for the USD transactions.
The only other options i know of are enterprise ones e.g. Global-e but these are only for very large stores.
We have hundreds of clients with different solutions. We've typically managed multiple stores until past few years where Shopify payments, Glopal and Global-e all play a part on different stores. Bold used to have an app but it was full of bugs and a waste of time.
