Multicolumn Arrow Slider - Not Working (Dawn theme)

I followed a YT tutorial for adding sliders in multicolumn section. I was able to successfully see the arrow sliders.

But when clicking it, it is not working at all. Columns are not moving left and right. I'm not sure what's the problem.
