[Multicolumn] How to change color for some texts and insert spacing between different paragraphs

I'm currently using Studio Theme and please if anyone can help me on the below?

a. Changing font color for [Pre-order Deadline.....] sentence only

b. Spacing between Applicable Stretch Goals and Add-On...
