Multiple meta titles and description due to remaining code from SEO app.

I am trying to fix my sites SEO issues and the biggest problem i'm having is my multiple meta title and descriptions. I think it is from having multiple SEO Apps that has left residual code after uninstalling. I have little coding knowledge is there a simple way to do it?

Now a days if the app is using latest Shopify standards, they can't left residual code after uninstalling the app,
