Multiple myshopify.com domain drama

I recently changed my primary domain and somehow have 2 different myshopify.com domains listed on the same store - this the reason I think behind the server error messages I am getting when I try to open either my new or old url. My old should redirect to my new but instead I get the below error message when I type the url into the search bar. My new url shows a page saying there are privacy issues.

How do I delete one of the myshopify.com domains or is that not the likely culprit and my DNS is just a mess?

I am stumped, please help.
