Multiple visits to store from one location

Hello!  In my store anyltics, every day, I am seeing 10 to 30 visits from a certain location, Council Bluffs Iowa.  This is consistant each day.  I am thinking this is a bot or something malicious.  It's throwing off my analytics.  Is there a way to find the IP address or blocking it?

In the Shopify admin, IP addresses can only be viewed for customers that have placed orders on your store, under the Fraud analysis area within the Order page.

You can, however, look into installing an IP blocker app like this one, which should be able to help you filter and redirect specific IP addresses. A reminder that apps like this one are made by developers outside of the Shopify platform. So if you have any questions about them, you can contact the app's support team directly as they're best equipped to assist with app-specific queries.

Just a note with bot traffic, while it can often be a source of concern for merchants, it isn't necessarily bad as it can come from a variety of sources, such as search engines crawling your website. In saying this, if you're particularly concerned about a specific visit from an IP address and would like to have a peace of mind, then installing a third-party app such as the one I linked above should help manage your store's traffic from unwanted visitors.
