okay guys , i will tell you about shortcut of my story to prove how bad is shopify support , my account and gmail got hacked , i talked to shopify and told them that , they suspended the account because its hacked which is makse sense , then after 1 day they asked me to prove my identity so they can get my account back and i can change the email so i can continue doing business , because im recieving orders and i cant ship which is an emergency , after i sent my id , my cards transactions and prove of address and seller permit , they never answered or updated me on anything , after 5 days i fixed my email issue and got the email and the account back , but the account still suspended , i kept talking to shopify for over 10 days , from both emails " plz unlock my account i have rcovered it " and i got the email back , please recover it so i can ship the orders , because im receiving payments like i cant wait no more , when i talk to the support they tell me i promise you your issue will be fixed asap and we have sent it to security section and blah blah blah , and at the end they give you some ticket number , but after that thats it never email you back , you keep waiting , no response , what do i do with the people who are paying in my website ? "sorry shopify doesnt want to fix my issue " im literally losing business and time and alot of things ! this is my experince with shopify , this is my website "limepuff.com" "limestore.org"
