I'd love to assist you with your concern about collections. In order for me to do so, I need additional context so I can have a better understanding of the issue. The following details would be helpful:
- The exact error message you're seeing when you attempt to make changes to your collection. You can also share a screenshot showing the error.
- The changes you're attempting to make in your collections. Does the error happen only when you make a particular change, or does it happen regardless of the type of changes you make?
- What device the error happens on. Does it happen on the Shopify mobile app or a browser on a phone? Does it happen on a browser on a desktop? Or both?
- The troubleshooting steps you've performed to attempt to fix the issue. If you haven't done any, here are the steps I recommend doing:
- If the issue is happening on a browser:
- Clear the cookies and cache. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues. If you are still experiencing the error using incognito, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
- Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version.
- Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example).
- Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.
- Try the Shopify mobile app if you're on a desktop
