My facebook ads manager shows 253$ purchase (1 sale) but my shopify does not show any sales

My ads manager shows 1 sale for 253$ but my shopify has no orders and I do not know the reason, if somebody could help I would highly appricciate it cuz thats a lot of money for me now

How did you configure your conversion Tracking?

May be purchase trigger configuration is wrong. when someone take other action FB attributing as purchase.

Make sure you configured your purchase tracking properly. If Facebook and instagram Apps does not provide accurate data consider using Google Tag Manager GTM.
