my navigation megamenu doesn't show sub menus but shows another instance of my header

Hi Im supporting this site novanude.com. since yesterday the megamenu dropdowns are acting up.

they are outputting another header navigation rather than the submenus assigned to them.

This how the Theme Editor shows it.

I see you are using "Gecko" theme.
so may be code edited on theme by someone or may be you assigned megamenu to header item.

I will be happy to help you on same. I played around store's navigation but it looks like this so I am sure it has code edited in theme previously

It was working before my client installed an app. then this persisted. looked onto the code for changes but nothings changed.

and why is it previewed in the editor correct then published with that?
