My Pages parts can not edit and showed NO INTERNET CONNNECTION

Hi all , 

my online store Pages part, can not make the edit, it's showed NO INTERNET CONNECTION, ofcause the connection is connecting well. 

how could I do ?

Thank you so much for reaching out to us and sharing your question. I had a look at the screenshots you attached, and based on that it appears that your network connection may not have been strong enough to establish communication between your site and our servers. 

To rule this out as a possibility, are you able to test your wifi network connection against ethernet or mobile data through a hotspot?

If you continue to experience connectivity issues across several networks then please share the following details with me:

  • The name of your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
  • Your location 
  • Timeline of connectivity issues

That should give us a little more insight into potential local errors and help us advise with next steps.

for me it seemed to be a browser issue, try a different browser or close & reopen your current.

I agree. I had an issue with Chrome.  Switch to Safari, and everything worked as expected.
