My shopify domain is pointing on my old 3-party domain

I had an old 3-party domain, and several people tryed to get it to work without any luck (probably me that did a lot of stupid errors) 🙂
I deleted the domain, and bought a new domain thru Shopify. Everything seems to work but the new domain, for some reason, points to the old domain. If I type the new domain in a browser then I get the old URL shown with a No Connection Possible (DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN).

 

Are there somebody out there that know what is happening?

Hello Greta

the domain is buytop100.online. (Shopify domain)

The old domain was shopthings.online (3-party)

there are no errors in the domain screen

Thanks for getting back to me! When I navigate to the domain (buytop100.online) it directs me to your site with no issue, as shown here:

 

 

One issue that I'm noticing though is that the domain forwards to 7cd03b-b5.myshopify.com, rather than staying as buytop100.online. For this, I recommend contacting our live support team so we can investigate further.
