My Shopify Domain Not working

Good Afternoon,

 

I purchased domain from Shopify Domains section 2 days ago. Everything went smooth, the money was sent, it appears under billing, I got the confirmation email etc.

 

But once I went to Shopify Domains section to make the new domain as my primary, the new domain isn't even showing up there.

 

Shopify has effectively taken my money for what exactly??

The 24/7 support is completely useless too.

 

Can anybody help me?
