my shopify ella theme mobile drawer menu is not working

Hi actuallty the thing is that i am using ella theme on shopify and when i customized it the mobile drawer menu was working just fine but yesterday when i made the theme live the mobile menu couldnt seen nor in the customizer or the website. I have added only one marquee liquid code on the website. PLease suggest me what should i do? It does open but it goes all white and nothing is clicked too. Please help me on this asap. see this is how it looks like

Hello @Urooba ,

You need to revert the changes you did recently and also uninstall the apps you installed recently.

btw if you want you can share the store URL so I can check to let you know more about the error.

i even checked if there mught be an issue of color but no its not

I checked the menu drawer in both android and iPhone and found it working fine on both.

If it's not working in a customizer maybe the reason will be different like caching. Please once try to clear the cache and then check it in the customizer.

Right now another theme debutify theme is live on the website as i had to chnage this theme due to this issue. This isue is sen in my customizer too and even on the website when it was live. Pleae tell me what could be the problem

This issue appears when there is a conflict in theme files. JS conflict prevents some elements from performing its action.
That's Why I suggest reverting the changes you did recently. 
Or you need to find the conflict and fix it Or you can install a new copy of the theme.
