I also noticed in your screenshot your browser is giving you a 'ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT' error code. I would recommend trying some local troubleshooting options such as the following:
1. Try visiting the site in a different browser. Consider clearing your browser cookies + cache files.
2. Use a different device to access the website
3. Look into third-party resources for troubleshooting that error code. I found this article that may be useful for you.
