My shopify website is showing as deceptive!

My shopify website is showing as deceptive I dont know what to do or how to fix. 

The deceptive warning shows to most people using safari, this is a problem for me because its my target audience is iphone users. 

Please Help Me this affects my SEO .

I bought my domain from godaddy 6 days ago and the SSL certificate was approved a while ago.

This problem started yesterday.

 I used to check the issues with virustotal I believe it has gotten worse it had 3 issues now it currently has 5 issues you can check here
