My shopify website won't let anyone select a size then add to cart.

On my website, when a customer clicks on a size, it then fades and wont let you add anything to the cart.. products that are in stock and active, that have been selling fine, now are unable to be added to cart.

Is the issue persistent across all products on your store, or just some of them?

 

It'll be great if you can share a link to your website, and in particular the product that the issue is occurring on, so that we can also conduct some of our own testing.

 

In the meantime, I also encourage you to follow the steps below for some initial troubleshooting, in case what you're experiencing is stemming from a potential browser or device caching issue:

 

  • Try to access your website via an incognito window
  • Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser's cookies and cache  prior to accessing your website again to try your testing
  • You can also try another browser. For example, if you're using Safari, you can try using Chrome or Firefox
  • You can also try to use another device, such as your mobile or a tablet

The issue is consistent across all products - once you try to select a size it then fades out teh add to cart option.
