my site appears to be frozen

Hello everyone,

I had my site frozen for a couple of years and before 4 days I reenable it but still when I try to connent my custom domain to shopify i get an error where it says that this address is assigned to another shop in shopify.

I have opened a ticket a couple of days ago but i have no news since. I am very disappointed by shopify support and i want to cancel and move to another online eshop

Some many days have passed and no reply from Shopify.

Shopify is the worst. I won't be renewing next month
