Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, is your domain successfully connected and pointing to Shopify?
If you're using a third-party domain, you will want to confirm that the DNS Records are correctly pointing to Shopify. To learn more about this, you can check out our Connecting Third-Party Domains document as it touches on this further.
These DNS Records include:
Point theArecord to the Shopify IP address126.96.36.199.
If necessary, change theHostname to the@symbol.
Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
Point theCNAMErecord with the namewwwtoshops.myshopify.com
If you're having trouble locating where to make those adjustments, you can connect with your domain provider directly as they will be able to provide further assistance. Once successfully completed, you can then connect the domain to the Shopify admin. To acheive this, you can:
Head toSettings > Domains, from the Shopify admin.
ClickConnect existing domain.
Enter your domain, such asjohns-apparel.info, and then clickNext.
To confirm that your domain is connected to your Shopify store, clickVerify connection.
It's important to note that it might take up to 48 hours for your domain to be verified. After it's verified, your domain is listed in the THIRD-PARTY DOMAINS section of the Domains page with the status Connected.
If however, you're using a Shopify Managed Domain, I'd encourage you to connect withus directly. As we don't have access to any account information through the Community, it will allow for our support team to take a closer look and ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible.
