My store got terminated without any explanation

I'm 17 years old and I started a clothing brand by going under my parents name and when I try to go back into my it doesn't let me in and then when I go to my email it says that my store got terminated without any explanation. I don't know what I did wrong I went under my parents name and that happened to me. I also have some sales on there and it says the money is on hold for 120 days. its aggravating because I am losing half of my product and not getting the money for them.
