My Store is Inactive and I am unable to access the bank end also

Guys,

Any help would be appreciated! all of a sudden, yesterday i was logged out of my store and they even didn't share the details of last few orders that are yet to be shipped!  all data is gone and they are constantly saying that we are working on it and we have emailed a ticket to you and redirecting me to Google Help. Please help!!

I understand that you have been recently logged out of your Shopify account, and cannot log back into your store admin. I know that any disruptions like this are not ideal for your business, so I would be happy to explain the next steps involved. 

 

You mentioned that someone is saying 'we are working on it' - was this our Shopify Support team who explained this to you? You also mentioned that a ticket was emailed to you. If one of our teams has reached out to you via email in relation to issues with your account, then that will be your direct line to the specialized team handling this matter.

 

It would be best to direct any further queries or updates by replying directly to that email, so that the team can see your response and revert back accordingly. We are unable to access your account here via the Shopify Community, so I am not in a position to be able to supply any further context or updates on your account, or provide information on why this might have happened.
