Someone help! I am new to Shopify and it’s just been couple of days I was building my store on a free 14 day trial plan and when I uploaded my visa card information to pay for a new one month plan to actually try to start selling products my store suddenly became inactive. I contacted customer service and they told me via email my store presents a level of risk and won’t tell me why. Furthermore Shopify won’t support any of my businesses.
Right now I’m confused on what to do, I’m frustrated because I was really hoping on the store for my side hustle and I spent a lot of time editing and listing my products.
I’m wondering if anyone encountered a similar problem and how they fixed it.
