I received an email saying my store was shut down, with no warning or explanation. I had orders waiting to be shipped, and now my customers are reaching out, asking what’s going on. I filled out the form to ask for help and contacted support, but it’s been 3 days, and no one has responded.
Then today, things got worse – all three of my connected accounts were also shut down without any notice. Now, all my orders are stuck, my ads are off, and I have over 100 customers waiting for answers. What’s happening, and why is no one helping?

It’s been a bit frustrating not receiving any response for a week, but today I received an email saying, 'Your post recently received a reply.' But I couldn't find any reply here. For anyone else who might come across this post, there are times when Shopify may close your 3 stores without prior notice, block your orders, and leave you feeling overlooked. I hope this helps someone experiencing a similar situation. Thanks
