Hi @safal

Thanks for getting back to let me know that you can't access your store link via mobile phone.

I tried accessing your store on both desktop and mobile, and it appears to be working fine for me - I am not noticing any issues on mobile. This would suggest that the issue might be localized to your own setup. With that in mind, here are some possible solutions that you can try:

  • Check your internet connection: make sure that your phone is connected to the internet via a working Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies: this can help resolve any issues relating to the browser using old, stored information.
  • Try a different browser: If you are using a specific browser, try opening the link on a different browser. Sometimes, browser settings or the browser cache can cause issues with opening links.
  • Update your phone and browser: check if there are any updates available for your phone's operating system or your browser, as outdated versions may not be able to load certain pages or links.
  • Try a different device: if you are still unable to open the link, try opening it on a different device, such as another phone or tablet.

Let me know how the above goes, and if you are still having issues after trying these steps we can attempt to troubleshoot further here. If you are seeing any errors, please screenshot them and attach them to your reply.

I had a look at your store by the way! I think it's a really clean and visually appealing design that looks professional and modern. Perhaps it may benefit from including more information about your business? Having an 'About Us' page is important for all online stores. It helps establish credibility, builds brand identity, and helps potential customers understand who they are buying from. This increases trust, and in turn can improve your conversion rate. Hi @safal

Welcome to the Shopify Community - thanks for reaching out here with this query.

Congratulations on recently building your own business. It must be an exciting time, so I can understand why an issue like this would be important to sort out.

Are you seeing any error messages or warnings within your Shopify admin? Would it be possible to provide the store URL here, and also a screenshot of the error you are seeing when trying to access your store? With this information, I can have a look to try and identify possible causes for this issue, but in the meantime here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

  • Double check the link that you are clicking with your mobile device. Make sure that you are using the correct URL for your store. Sometimes there may be small typos that can cause errors. Double-check the spelling of the URL and try accessing your store again.
  • Clear the cache and cookies on your mobile device browser. This can resolve some simple browser-related issues that may be preventing your store from loading. Check this link here for some instructions on how to do this.
  • If the domain is third-party, then verifying that your domain hosting account is in good standing and all looks OK with the domain itself would be a good idea.
  • As mentioned above, feel free to share the store URL here and I can check that your domain has propagated completely by using some domain propagation checker tools.
  • What theme are you using on your store? Most themes will have a mobile-friendly version and are designed to be responsive on mobile. If your theme is not optimized for mobile devices, or is an very old and outdated theme it could result in the website not displaying properly on your mobile device.

I am looking forward to hearing back, so that we can troubleshoot this issue further.

I managed to solve this problem by removing the password to the preferences setting and the page on phone started working.

Go to Online Store -> Preferences -> Password protection -> Remove Tick mark from Enable password.
