My subscribers are not getting notification emails , neither is my stores email address.

hi guys , 

 

If I send a test notification email it works. 

But if a person subscribes through my site , the store email address or the customers email is not being sent any notifications. 

 

My site is www.handmadegifts.co.za

 

Any help on what the problem could be?
