My tiktok pixel code is not working

I have been struggling with pixel code for hours and still haven't found a soulution. I have downloaded tiktok app on shopify and connected pixel. I have tried on a different themes as well and still it doesn't work  I have put pixel code in theme.liquid just above </heads> and still in event builders setup it shows me that pixel base code is not being found on my website.

Does anyone know how can i fix that?

1. Pixel code that ive entered in theme.liquid is correct. I double checked it 
2.I've entered pixel code into correct section - theme.liquid.
3. I can't get to setup events, its asking me to enter website domain and can't get further. I added image below.

4. I'm trying to get that extension to pick up some events, but it just shows me every time 0 pixels found.
5. I tried "Spotlight" theme and added pixel code just above </heads> and still doesn't work.
