My website has some speed deficiencies

Thanks to this powered by Shopy tool (https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/), which allows me to do a website performance test, I noticed that my website has some general performace deficiencies and although I don't know the technical terms to explain what's going on in my online store, I think an engineer needs to intervene. How do I find someone who can help me?
