My website urls are showing up on google search as other names

Hi,  can anyone tell me what form of hacking this is? When I do a google search for my website's blog I'm getting these random urls that are linking to my shopify website. The links go to my website pages but they are not my urls. I reported phishing to google but the fake urls are still there. I'm trying to find out what kind of help I need to fix this issue. How can someone hijack my page links without access to my admin account? Thanks
