Native Shopify Checkout of Amazon Affiliate Products

Hello,

I'm having trouble figuring out how to allow customers to check out via Shopify Checkout with products imported from Amazon and connected to an Amazon Affiliate link.

Is this at all possible? Or is there a workaround of some kind?
